ABOUT
Lynda grew up in Lexington KY, where she was often found on the back of a horse or else drawing one. Hoping to one day become an equine artist, she strayed from this original goal and instead pursued a degree in Nursing. After raising 3 children (2 of whom are artists) she picked up a paintbrush again and began studying under the late Martin Ahrens. She is currently a student with Elizabeth Bronson. While her main passion is painting horses, her portfolio also includes birds, sheep, boats and the human form. The artist currently resides on Sullivan's Island, SC with her husband.
